David was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Blink Logic Inc. in July of 2007. In his 15-year investment banking and fund management career, David has actively invested in numerous early stage technology companies. In addition, he has had executive responsibility for sales in several companies. From 2004 to present, David has served as CEO and Founder of Aodmorris & Associates Consulting, a consulting company for financial services and technology companies. From 2006 through 2007, he was Vice President of the Capital Markets Division of Brandintel, where he was charged with the responsibility of designing and launching new Internet technology and research for hedge fund managers; creating vision, strategy planning and managing sales efforts that lead to increased profitability. From 2002 through 2004, David was the Vice President of Corporate Sales and President of International Affairs for Excambria Corp., an Internet travel technology company. David has also held senior staff positions at Bear Stearns, Morris Investment Management, Bluestone Merchant Bank and Prudential Securities.
Michael Winner has over 18 years of extensive global experience in the technology industry. Michael has developed world class products and teams including software engineering, professional services, and consulting services. Michael’s most recent experience includes executive roles in leading international product design, development, and implementation of the largest global on-line marketing application suites. This application is being used by many Fortune 100 in content management, e-commerce, multi-lingual, business intelligence, and integrated marketing. Michael has deployed other globally adopted technology products. managed professional services operations, and has consulted for many ERP Fortune 1000 projects. Michael has a BA and Graduate work in Economics. Other highly sought after skills are executive level management of complex software development projects from feasibility, P&L, through implementation. Michael is a recognized leader for the ability to dramatically increase profitability through exemplary business strategy, product development, and relationship building.
Mike comes from his role as Special Advisor to the CEO at Actuate Corporation where he was involved in driving strategies around performance management, open source BI (launching Eclipse BIRT globally), and end-user products like e.Spreadsheet. Mike's first VP of Marketing job was working for Larry Ellison at Oracle (Database, BI) when it was a $25mm pre-public company. Since then he held similar roles for IDE (Case), Interleaf (Document Management), Inference (AI), Brightware (e.Commerce).Mike was VP of western operations for Management Decision Systems, the builders of Express (later acquired by Oracle). Mike's first marketing job was as at Tymshare, a time-sharing company, as the Group Product Manager for Focus. Mike's first jobs were in technology at National CSS, a time-sharing company, in IT and as a sales engineer doing BI. He has an MBA with a focus on Information Science from Philadelphia's Temple University.
Pam Passaretti oversees direct and indirect sales around the world for Blink Logic, Inc. Pam has driven rapid revenue growth in companies of all sizes. She has grown and managed strong sales organizations in successful enterprise software companies like Oracle, Progress Software, and Net Dynamics. Pam has taken to market several startups, such as E.piphany, Oblix and Extensity, building their sales teams, landing marquee customers and driving the growth that enabled them to become significant companies. Pam started her career at IBM after graduating from Texas A & M University with a BA in Business Administration.
Larry is responsible for all financial, contracting and legal aspects of the business. As one of the first employees of Blink Logic, he joined the management team in 2000. Prior to Blink Logic, he spent 11 years as Vice President of Finance of a diverse group of real estate companies with operations in Ottawa and Washington and investments in various other companies including high-technology. He was one of the original investors in Autoskill International Inc., an Ottawa based developer of educational software. Larry was also a manager in the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young and has over five years of public accounting experience in both the Ottawa and Toronto offices handling a diverse client base ranging from owner managed business to public companies. Larry is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) from Bishop’s University.
